Those who serve our country have a special place in my heart. I had grandfathers and great-uncles serve in every war from the Spanish American on. My father was Air Force. My two nephews both served in the Army. The elder one is still a medic and is happy to be back at Fort Bragg after three deployments in the sandbox.
